Provider Edition 17
A separately licensed edition. Where the Enterprise features are ordinary features marked out by who they are for, these are absent altogether from a deployment that is not licensed for them.
Their settings have no effect where the edition is missing, and their own pages say so in the Availability line.

Every feature here is also documented on its own application's page — this is a cross-cutting view, not a separate part of the product. The Feature Catalog introduction explains the three layers that decide whether a feature reaches a deployment, and the settings list carries the switches themselves.
