The OX App Suite Toolkit Container is a container image with the command line tools needed to configure, inspect and debug an OX App Suite stack running in Kubernetes. It is deployed alongside App Suite, in the same namespace, and is started on demand: you scale it up, open a shell in the pod, do your work, and scale it back down.

The tools run inside the cluster, already in the right namespace, so you do not have to install kubectl, a JDK, stern and the OX specific tools on your own machine and point them at the cluster.

What you get

• mwctl - configure and administer the App Suite Middleware: log levels, sessions, Guard, multifactor, heap and thread dumps and a debug shell.
• oxlog - collect and filter log data from the App Suite containers in the namespace.
• oxsr - generate a diagnostic report (oxsysreport) for Middleware pods.

Alongside these: kubectl, stern, a JDK, bat, byobu, curl, fzf, jq, yq, less, man, peco, redis-tools, socat, unzip and vim, with shell completion preconfigured.
