Features can be switched on per deployment. A features block in config.yaml holds one toggle per feature that is still settling. Every toggle is off by default and is read per request, so an operator turns one on by editing the ConfigMap, with no restart. d4f5e3c
Booking page appearance ships behind features.pageAppearance, off by default. While it is off, the editor has no appearance section and booking pages show the owner's name and the deployment's theme, as they did before. Switching it off again leaves stored colours and images untouched. d4f5e3c
Booking pages carry an accent colour and an identity. An owner picks one colour, and the page derives its highlights, buttons and calendar fills from it, adjusting the shades until text stays readable in both light and dark mode. Backgrounds and surfaces stay neutral, and a page with no colour set looks exactly as it does today. d4f5e3c
A booking page presents either its owner's profile or a separate identity. Profile identity follows the owner's App Suite contact, including their picture, position and company. A separate identity takes a display name, an optional line of additional info and an optional image, and starts prefilled from the profile. SVG logos are accepted and converted on upload. Each page has an appearance of its own. d4f5e3c
Operators can set the accent colour pages start from with defaultAccentColor. It applies to every booking page whose owner has set no colour of their own, and is derived into the page's shades the same way an owner's colour is. defaultAccentColorDark names a different one for visitors on the dark theme; unset, dark pages follow the light default. d4f5e3c
A booking page can ask bookers to confirm their email address. Switch it on in the page's security settings and a booker gets a six-digit code by email, with the appointment booked only once they enter it. 24db401
Ask your own questions on a booking page. Alongside name and email address, a booking page can now ask for a comment or a phone number, or for anything the owner words themselves as short or long text, a choice from a dropdown, or a set of checkboxes. The answers arrive with the booking mails. e45cf15
The booking page's dialogs no longer close when you click beside them. A stray click used to dismiss them, sending you back to the start of the flow. On a booking waiting for a code that meant a second code by email. Esc and the dialog's own buttons still close them. 24db401
A booked appointment now says who booked it and what they wrote. The calendar entry is titled after the booking page with the booker's name in parentheses, and their comment appears in the description. a4406f5
Poll and booking page cards say OPEN instead of ACTIVE. Closed polls and paused booking pages keep their labels. 55c7d2a

Two people acting on the same booking at the same moment no longer get an error. A pair of simultaneous writes could collide in the database and fail one of them outright, where the loser should simply be told the booking has already moved. Colliding writes are now replayed, so the second one gets its proper answer. e3f0ac3
The appointment mails fill the width of a phone screen. In App Suite's mail view on a phone they now sit centred, with a small margin either side. c81a247
A long link in an appointment's location wraps instead of running off the page. It stays inside its box on the booking page, in the confirmation and on the side-panel card. 60bece2
Muted text in the booking page's confirm dialog is readable in dark mode. The dark theme's secondary text is a touch lighter, so the time zone and location lines clear the 4.5:1 contrast the rest of the page already meets. cf0605c
Paging to another month on a booking page no longer flickers. The month on screen holds until the next one is ready; when that takes a moment, placeholders stand in so the page does not look stuck.
Pressing Enter in a time field keeps the time you typed. The dropdown marks that time as you type, so it is clear what Enter will take. 6a26b63
The availability hint stops asking for a drag in views that cannot take one. In the year, month and list views it now says only to switch to a day or week view. 0acd257
