Summary: New capability to activate the Viewing of XRechnung

XML files attached to emails or stored in OX Drive are now rendered in the Viewer. The newly introduced capability document_preview_xrechnung enables the recognition and processing of XML data in the XRechnung format. When document_preview_xrechnung is true, XRechnung files are presented in a human-readable format; otherwise, they are displayed as plain text, similar to other XML files. The default for document_preview_xrechnung is false.
