3rd party licenses report

To generate the mandatory LICENSE-3RD-PARTY.txt in the root directory, you have to execute the``generate3rdPartyLicenseReport`` gradle task. After that, the text file will be created in the root directory. The HTML representation of the data will be stored in folder build\reports\dependency-license and named LICENSE-3RD-PARTY.html. The text representation contains all - manifest and POM - license dependencies of each library.
